Origin Story: Why We Exist

Here's the truth:

I couldn't find a job, so I decided to start Finding Enigmas.

Why sassy gifts?

Because it's hard for people to shop for me because they never find gifts that reflect who I am. I've always been strange, sassy, and a bit dark humored, you know, basically GenX or Elder Millennials. You just don't find sassy in a regular shop.

I decided I should build something for weirdos like me, and as it turns out, there are a lot of us! Finding Enigmas is for people who want to give (or get themselves) gifts with real personality. Funny, bold, vintage, or slightly inappropriate. The kind that makes you feel seen, spark a conversation, or just say, "Omg, I love it!"

Finding Enigmas is built on curated finds from small makers, independent creators, vintage suppliers, and trusted wholesalers. Each item is chosen for personality, quality, and that “where did you even find this?” energy.

You may see similar items elsewhere online, but what you’ll always get here is intentional selection, thoughtful curation, and a small-business experience that doesn’t feel copy-and-paste.

I also run a separate treasure corner on eBay, where I list older vintage pieces, private-label items, and one-off finds from earlier chapters of my business journey. Those listings live in their own lane and don’t overlap with the curated chaos you see here at Finding Enigmas.
