Finding Enigmas is responsible for your order until it reaches the shipping carrier. Once the carrier accepts the package, they take responsibility for delivery. 

Finding Enigmas is not liable for carrier delays, lost packages after confirmed delivery, or damage caused by misuse after the item is in your possession. ​

​After the item is delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
