Because many of our items are small-batch or vintage, returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect products. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there’s an issue. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake (for example, we sent the wrong item). Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Finding Enigmas is not liable for damages arising from the use or misuse of products purchased. All items are used at your own discretion.
