Shipping Overview
Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. A tracking number is sent as soon as your order is on the way. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location.
Shipping Rates
We offer flat rate shipping.
• Orders from $1.00 to $49.99 Flat $5.00.
• Orders from $50.00+ ship free.
All shipping times are estimated at 4 to 7+ business days, depending on location and the carrier.
Packaging
Orders are packed in eco friendly, recycled materials. Your package may arrive in new boxes, or reused boxes such as Chewy boxes, or similar recycled packaging. The carrier is responsible for any damage to the packaging during transit.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times and tracking updates are in the carrier’s hands. If your tracking stops moving or looks delayed, reach out through the contact form so we can help start a carrier investigation.
Return Policy- NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES
NO Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges
Due to the nature of my business, all sales are final. Returns/refunds/exchanges ONLY accepted when certain requirements are met.
Condition Requirements
1. If I sent the wrong item, contact me within 7 days of delivery using the Support page form. Include your order number and a photo of what you received. I will fix the mistake quickly.
2. If the correct item is sold out, you will receive a full refund. Please allow up to 15 business days for refunds to process.
3. Items sent in error must be returned unused and in their original packaging and in good condition. I will cover return shipping costs for these cases.
