Returns or Damaged Items
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the item, the shipping box, and all packing materials. Please keep all packaging until we finish the claim
Carrier Damage
Damage in transit is covered by the carrier. We will help you file a claim and will replace the item or issue a refund after the claim is approved. If the item is one of a kind and a replacement is not possible, we will process a refund after approval.
Buyer Responsibilities
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. We are not responsible for damage that occurs after delivery, misuse, or normal vintage wear. Packages marked “delivered” are not covered by us. Consider using a secure delivery location.
Our Mistake
If we sent the wrong item, we cover return shipping or we make it right
